We Are Hiring: Learn About Our Job Opening for an Administrative Assistant

Parry Law, PLLC in Chapel Hill is looking to grow our team. We are hiring an administrative assistant, with job duties including:

·      Answering the phone and greeting visitors

·      Sorting, organizing, and distributing all incoming mail and deliveries

·      Scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements

·      Scanning all incoming correspondence/documents and saving copies to case management software

·      Recording payments

·      Managing office supply inventory

·      Setting up conference rooms for meetings

·      Assisting with mailings and deliveries

·      Running errands as needed

 

This is a full-time position, requiring attendance in the office during business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday.

Strong communication skills and computer competency are required.

We are looking for a self-starter with a willingness to learn and a desire to continually take on more responsibility over time in the position.

Prior law firm experience is helpful, but not required.

Salary commensurate with experience. Benefits offered.
