Heather Adams Joins Parry Law

Parry Law PLLC is pleased to announce the addition of Heather Adams to the firm.

A Duke University School of Law alumna, Adams has more than 20 years of civil litigation experience, with extensive knowledge in the areas of trade secrets, financial services, employment, antitrust, LLCs and partnerships, and other commercial disputes, including appeals and investigations.

Immediately before joining Parry Law, Adams was the head of litigation for First-Citizens Bank & Trust Company. She previously handled class actions and complex commercial disputes for large corporate clients while at Alston & Bird LLP.

Recognized by North Carolina Super Lawyers and Business North Carolina Magazine’s Legal Elite, Adams frequently speaks to legal and business groups regarding dispute resolution best practices. She has authored numerous articles on litigation topics, including arbitration, internal audits, banking regulations, electronic discovery, market share liability, deal protection measures, removal, and depositions.

At Parry Law, Adams will continue her complex commercial litigation practice, representing individual and business clients in state and federal courts across North Carolina, including appellate work, as well as arbitration and administrative proceedings.

“Heather is a top litigator in this state, and she will be a tremendous asset to our team and our clients,” said Alan Parry, the firm’s Managing Attorney. “Heather has handled just about every kind of complex commercial case, both in private practice and in-house, and that experience gives her unique perspective when it comes to efficiently and effectively resolving the most challenging disputes.”
