Amos Tyndall and Ed Eldred Join Parry Law
Parry Law is pleased to announce that Amos Tyndall and Ed Eldred have joined the firm.
Amos is a highly regarded trial lawyer who appears regularly in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina. He represents people accused of a wide variety of serious criminal offenses, as well as people facing disciplinary investigations by professional licensing agencies and in university proceedings. His practice includes representing people and businesses facing investigations or charges of white-collar offenses like tax evasion, wire fraud, money laundering, and False Claims Act violations. Amos has been recognized for many years in publications like Best Lawyers in America, Business North Carolina Legal Elite, and NC Super Lawyers. He is frequently asked to write and speak about topics relevant to his practice, including trial advocacy, and he is a former instructor at the Trial Lawyer’s College.
Ed is an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who focuses much of his practice on civil and criminal appeals before state and federal appellate courts. He has been recognized as an NC Super Lawyer in the appellate field for a number of years.
In addition to Amos and Ed, the firm is excited to welcome to our growing team Dama Stewart, an experienced office administrator and legal assistant, and Beth Winston, a licensed private investigator with decades of experience investigating a range of legal matters, including working as an investigator for the North Carolina Office of the Capital Defender and the Orange County Public Defender.
