Jonah Garson Sworn In as a Member of the NC State Bar
On February 12, 2020, Parry Law's Jonah Garson was sworn in as a member of the North Carolina State Bar in a ceremony at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. The presiding ceremonial panel included Judges John Arrowood, Chris Brook, and Toby Hampson. Alan Parry introduced Jonah and presented him for admission.
A Chapel Hill native and graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Columbia Law School, Jonah moved back to North Carolina in 2018. Prior to joining Parry Law, Jonah practiced in New York at the international law firm of Milbank LLP. He represents businesses, nonprofit organizations, and individual clients in federal court, state court, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings, as part of a practice encompassing commercial litigation and other complex civil and administrative matters. He is also very involved in the community, including leadership roles in the Orange County Democratic Party and the Chapel Hill-Carrboro NAACP.
