Alan Parry Inducted into National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals

Parry Law, PLLC is pleased to announce that Alan Parry has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).

Alan has broad experience as a litigator for more than 26 years, handling a variety of commercial, corporate, insurance, and trust and estate disputes in state court, federal court, and arbitration. In addition to his litigation practice, Alan is certified by the NC Dispute Resolution Commission to conduct Superior Court mediations, as well as mediations of estate and guardianship cases and other special proceedings. Alan has also served as an arbitrator in a variety of civil disputes. As a mediator and arbitrator, he offers a balanced perspective based on his years of experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Like his litigation practice, Alan serves as a neutral in cases statewide.

The NADN is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only, and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are among the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators. The North Carolina Chapter of the NADN is called the North Carolina Academy of Superior Court Mediators.

“We’re delighted to recognize Alan Parry to the Academy’s North Carolina Chapter in recognition of excellence in his mediation practice,” commented Darren Lee, Executive Director of NADN.

To check availability and book a mediation with Alan, please check his online calendar on the Academy’s website: https://www.ncmediators.org/alan-parry
