Alan Parry Leads Discussion on Fiduciary Litigation

Alan Parry was invited to lead a group discussion on fiduciary litigation at a September 7, 2018 session of the “Fall Un-Program” put on by the North Carolina chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”) in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. Topics of discussion included legal, practical, and strategic issues that commonly arise in guardianship proceedings, will contests, and disputes relating to trusts and powers of attorney.
NAELA is a non-profit association whose members are experienced and trained in working with the legal problems of aging Americans and individuals of all ages with disabilities. NAELA’s mission is to educate, inspire, serve, and provide community to attorneys with practices in elder and special needs law.
